Welcome to WeightSnap! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the WeightSnap mobile application ("App") and related services. By using WeightSnap, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WeightSnap, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WeightSnap is a weight tracking application that allows you to log weight entries with photos, track trends, create before/after comparisons, receive AI-powered coaching, and sync with Apple Health.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

WeightSnap offers free and premium options. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create. Your photos stay on your device and are never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly share them.

5. AI-Powered Features

AI insights are for informational and motivational purposes only. AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

6. Health Disclaimer

WeightSnap is not a medical device. Always consult with qualified healthcare providers before making changes to your diet, exercise, or health regimen.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer it, or circumvent subscription mechanisms.

8. Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

WeightSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of AI-generated insights.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeightSnap shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
